Hello, I am Polina
I am a certified yoga teacher specialising in both dynamic Vinyasa and slow, mindful flows. My teaching is rooted in breath-led movement, where each transition is guided with awareness and intention.
Classes are designed to build strength and flexibility while encouraging a deeper connection to body and mind. Rather than moving quickly, we prioritise precision, alignment, and understanding - with detailed guidance to support a safe and conscious practice.
I continuously refine my skills and expand my qualifications throughout the year, exploring new techniques to enhance the quality of my classes.
After each session, you will feel energised and refreshed, while also calm, grounded, and deeply connected to yourself.
